Wet'n'Wild Color Icon Trios in Silent Treatment and I'm Getting Sunburned

I'm gonna let these speak for themselves.

 I'm getting sunburned

These are awesome!  Very pigmented and smooth.  Silent treatment's top shade (pinky cream?)  is satin/shimmer as is the bottom shade (cool toned taupe), while the middle shade (mystery color, see below) is a satin/matte with plenty of glitter.  I'm getting sunburned has a pink frost, matte with sparkles, and a metallic/sparkle/super-awesome-finish-that-I-have-never-seen-anything-like-it gold.  It's just really cool.  These palettes retail for $2.99.
ps. While swatching silent treatment, I couldn't tell if the middle shade was brown or black.  So I swatched it with other colors (from other wet'n'wild color icon palettes) for reference.  The top shade is the one in question, the shade on the left is the matte brown from the Vanity palette, the second is the matte black from the Greed palette, and the last is from I'm Getting Sunburned.  My verdict: black brown.

Wet'n'Wild Color Icon Pencil in Purple

This is from the new 2011 line, as were the copper and silver pencils.
Check it out!

Aaaand....gorgeous!  The eyeliner is creamy, smooth, and pigmented.  Gorgeous.

2011 Wet'n'Wild Shimmer Eyeliner Pencils

Hey :)  I purchased several products from Wet'n'Wild yesterday (50% off until Saturday at Walgreens!) and I will be posting all of them in seperate posts by type.  These are the shimmer eyeliner pencils, in the colors copper and silver:

the pencils themselves are about 2/3 the size of a normal Wet'n'Wild color icon pencil

As you can see, these are wonderfully pigmented-these swatches only took one swipe, maybe two.  They are creamy, smooth, and longlasting. (I've had some of the copper color on my eyes for at least six hours, and it's still going strong.)  Silver is mostly shimmer, and if you look closely, you can find a bit of sparkle.  Copper is shimmery with a bit of gold sparkle.  (Disregard the purple, I'm doing a post on this next)
Definitely try these out, they are only 99 cents, or you can catch them on sale for 49 cents.

NYX Round Lipglosses in Doll Pink and Mauve

Hello there.  Look at these cute glosses :)
NYX round lip glosses in doll pink and mauve
Do you want to see swatches?  Here ya go!
 doll pink (left) mauve (right)
Doll Pink is a lovely blue pink (My camera actually picked up the slight blue shimmer to it!  Click the pictures to enlarge them and see it better)  Mauve is a pretty pinky-peachy nude/my lips but better.  Both are pretty much creme finish.
And here they are on my lips!

Doll Pink looks rather blue here! (it's not quite as blue in real life)  But once it fades after a while, it looks quite pretty.
mauve is just...soo...gorgeous.
Overall I love these.  They don't last too long, but hey what do you expect from a gloss that isn't sticky? (not sticky...I love it!)  They feel smooth on my lips and don't dry them out.  Some people have said they don't like the scent (kind of starburst orange, but not as yummy) but it dissapears right after I put it on.  Great gloss!
ps.  This is no longer available from the nyx website, but you can definitely buy it online and you might find it in a store near you.

NYX Nude on Nude Natural Look Kit

In apologies for not posting recently like I promised, here is my second post of today:

This is a wonderful little invention.  I don't know what it is about me ordering all the small NYX products, but I don't really mind because this...this is super cute.
Here are some pics of the packaging (box it came in), the actual packaging, and some size comparison shots.

Now lets get up close and personal

quick overview: the colors in this pic are pretty accurate.
the first row is all matte
the second row has two shimmers and one matte with gold glitter
and the third row is the same as the second in textures

row three

surprise! a lipstick drawer...and some applicators.  the lipcolors are cute, the spongie is standard, and so is the lipbrush (although the lipbrush does not compare to the power of the finger)

lippie swatches.  The first one is shimmery and the second is cream.
Overall this is a lovely palette.  Small and definitely good for travel.  The shadows are nicely pigmented, and there is also a nice sized mirror.  Good value :)

Loreal HIP Creme Shadow Paints

Hello, today I will be introducing you to the wonders of Loreal's creme shadow paints.  I have three shades: Secretive, Lofty, and Commanding (I hope to also purchase Nervy, will update once this happens)
Here are several pictures showing off the neat packaging:

apparently you are supposed to squirt product into the little wells, which I think is a waste because once the product is out of the tube, it dries rock solid.  I prefer to use my fingers!

Another reason I prefer to use my fingers.  These brushes are not so good.  They are not soft (I had been hoping for some soft taklon bristles, that would have been nice for creme eyeshadow) and once the product dries on them, it flakes off, making the cute little boxes a mess.  I think these will be used more for decoration...

tubes next to the brushes...(i guess these aren't in need of much explanation)

And now onto the actual product!

Let me just say that these are plain lovely!  (these are rather thick swatches, but there are sheerer ones later)  They aren't too shimmery, and they have beautiful colors.  (although if you rub on them, for some reason they begin to have a silvery shimmer.  and oh yeah, they don't budge)

a final glance...
These are really wonderful.  They last all day, as they dry to a solid finish.  Not too shimmery, and they make a wonderful base as well.  The shade Secretive has a slight yellow tone to it, making it ideal to cover up redness on the eyelids.  (Lofty and Commanding have more rosy tones) I give these an A+

I recently ordered these with the giftcards I recieved from swagbucks.com
