Capitol Couture was having a makeup contest, and I made a makeup look for it a little while ago.  However, I totally forgot about it, and the deadline was two days ago.  But I thought I would share some pics with you:

Sorry, some (ok, all) are kind of awk... But I kind of like the swirly-ness of it :)
